Per-call payments made via the x402 protocol (USDC on Base) are settled on a public blockchain and are final and non-refundable. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us. If a call fails due to our error (e.g., a 5xx response after payment was settled), contact us and we will credit or re-run the call at our discretion.
Monthly subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of the most recent charge. Renewal charges beyond the first 30 days are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period.

If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us first, we will dispute it with our records and may suspend your access pending resolution.
